Job summary

Dal-Tile LLC is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support Walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions. The role involves handling a variety of warehouse duties, order processing, and customer account support, with a sign-on bonus for new hires.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, and experience in customer service and warehousing. Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull/assemble customer orders and check outbound orders for accuracy.
• Receive inbound material, process shipments and stock material, and handle returns.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Provide customer account management, including order status and pricing.
• Handle high-volume inbound calls using ACD.
• Enter orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve inquiries from order entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects as required.
