Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and process sales transactions.

The role emphasizes coordination between the company and customers and efficient warehouse operations. Responsibilities include pulling/assembling orders, receiving inbound shipments, operating a forklift, managing customer accounts, handling high-volume calls via ACD, entering orders, and collaborating with internal teams from entry to delivery.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• Forklift operator certification is required.
• Experience in customer account management preferred.
• Tile industry knowledge and warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse duties: pull/assemble orders, check outbounds, stock checks, restock/label vendor products, displays, move/store/replenish material, and daily cycle counts.
• Perform receiving duties: unload inbound material, process shipments and stock, handle returns, and report damaged shipments for claims.
• Operate forklift equipment.
• Provide customer account management: order entry, status, pricing, stock checks, and transportation coordination.
• Handle high-volume inbound customer calls using ACD.
• Enter orders, process faxes, and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and SSCs to resolve inquiries and order issues from entry to delivery.
• Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.
