Job summary

Dal-Tile Corp. is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to support walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will handle order entry, inbound/outbound shipments, cycle counts, and forklift operations, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery.

Strong communication and computer skills in Word and Excel are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
• 1 or more years customer service experience.
• Certified Forklift Operator.
• Focus on customer account management preferred.
• Prior tile industry knowledge is preferred.
• 3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of warehouse duties such as pulling/assembling customer orders, checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness, inventory stock checks, restocking and labeling vendor products, maintaining displays (tools, caulk, etc.), moving, storing, and replenishing material, and conduct daily cycle counts.
• Performs receiving duties such as receiving and unloading inbound material, processing inbound shipments and stock material, processing customer returns, and notifying management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
• Operates forklift equipment.
• Provides customer account management, which may include, but is not limited to, order entry, order inquiry, product information, order status, pricing, stock check and transportation management.
• Provides customer service for a high volume of inbound calls using ACD (Automated Call Distribution).
• Responsible for keying in orders, processing faxes, and preparing reports.
• Interfaces with various groups, including but not limited to internal teams and SSCs, to address customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to order delivery.
• Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
