Job summary

Dal-Tile is seeking a CSR Warehouse Associate II to join our team in Bluffton, SC. You will service walk-in customers, answer inquiries, provide samples, and complete sales transactions as part of daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include order entry, order status, pricing checks, stock verification, and daily cycle counts, with emphasis on accuracy and customer satisfaction. Prior tile experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Tile industry knowledge preferred.
• 3+ years warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Moderate PC skills in Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Servicing walk-in customers and answering inquiries.
• Providing samples and completing sales transactions.
• Processing orders and updating order status.
• Managing customer accounts and pricing inquiries.
• Interfacing with internal teams to resolve order issues.
