Job summary

Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer experiences, manage relationships with customers and insurers, and provide comprehensive administrative support for the repair facility team.

You will handle scheduling, documentation, and communication throughout the repair process, ensuring rental tracking and ARMS/CCC One alignment while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a similar admin role.
• Preferred: 1 year in auto body or related customer service.

Responsibilities

• Schedule vehicle repair appointments using CCC One and scripts.
• Retrieve insurance assignments and obtain repair authorizations.
• Prepare RO packets with QC checklist, parts list, Windshield tag.
