CoinPicks in downtown Orlando is seeking a dynamic Relationship Builder to connect founders, builders and partners at crypto conferences and private events. You will own travel-ready calendars, pre-event prep, in-person relationship development and thoughtful follow-through with leadership.

You will cultivate credible conversations, map opportunities, and coordinate introductions that lead to meaningful partnerships.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record of building relationships through events, partnerships or community work.
• Working knowledge of crypto and its communities, with ability to hold credible conversations with founders and partners.
• Excellent follow-up, judgment to recognize mutual fit and ability to represent priorities to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Research and propose relevant events, communities and people with clear purposes and budgets.
• Attend approved crypto events as CoinPicks representative, build rapport and identify opportunities.
• Develop trusted relationships and arrange relevant introductions for leadership.
• Maintain concise relationship notes, agree next steps, and follow up until ownership.
