Anti Capital is seeking a Business Development Manager in New York to lead external partnerships and drive growth across crypto/DeFi initiatives. You will collaborate with trading, operations, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and manage due diligence.

You will report to the CEO, travel frequently, and shape our commercial strategy while building relationships with partners, exchanges, and developers worldwide.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in business development/sales/account management.
• Must have at least 1–2 years of experience in the crypto industry or a strong understanding of DeFi.
• 1+ years of research experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Build and nurture relationships with ecosystem stakeholders to fuel growth.
• Discuss buy-side and sell-side operations with external parties.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration with partners.
• Assist with BD initiatives across Strategy, Corporate Development, Product, Engineering, and Legal.
• Conduct due diligence on new business, partnerships, and venture opportunities.
• Contribute to quarterly research reports on industry trends and market dynamics.
• Continuously optimize the firm’s BD approach and processes.
• Frequent domestic and international travel is required.
