Ability to decline a poor fit and separate education from investment advice.

Responsibilities

Prepare for and run enrollment conversations using the prospect’s stated learning goals and circumstances.
Explain the approved program, price, terms, and next steps clearly; avoid pressure or unsupported claims.
Record accurate outcomes, objections, commitments, and follow-up notes in the CRM.
Coordinate with Growth Strategists and onboarding; review conversion quality, cancellations, and feedback with the team.
