Job summary

AltSocial Wellness Club is seeking a driven Partnerships Coordinator to support our Vice President of Sales & Marketing and grow sponsorships for events in Orlando and Tampa. This developmental role focuses on prospecting, outbound outreach, lead qualification, meeting generation, and CRM management.

As you learn AltSocial’s sponsorship offerings, you will begin conducting meetings, closing smaller partnerships, managing accounts, and helping with partner retention.

Qualifications

• Interest in partnerships, sponsorship sales, and relationship-based sales.
• Outgoing, persistent, organized, and competitive.
• Comfortable cold calling and outbound outreach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel to Orlando and Tampa.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and identify potential partners across markets.
• Outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn and social channels.
• Support meetings, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Develop understanding of sponsorship inventory, pricing, and opportunities.
• Manage HubSpot data and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with Operations and Marketing on partner handoffs.
• Drive pipeline, revenue and renewal opportunities.
