CoinPicks is building and leading its in-person events sales team in downtown Orlando. You will own hiring, training, staffing, on-site coaching and enrollment performance, driving results across multiple events.

Partner with the Events Manager and strategists on qualification, enrollment and onboarding; some travel to events is required, with on-site leadership and coaching pivotal to success. All salary figures are proposed base salaries in USD; final terms, benefits and commissions are

Qualifikationen

• Proven success building or leading an in-person event sales team with measurable results.
• Evidence of personal live sales experience and team impact with context and contributions.
• Strong consultative selling, coaching, CRM discipline and cross‑functional coordination.

Aufgaben

• Define and build the event sales team structure from the ground up; hire, train and coach.
• Lead on-site at CoinPicks events; manage staffing, shifts, and enrollment handoffs.
• Own targets, forecasts, and reporting on conversations, enrollments and revenue.
• Coordinate with Events Manager on attendee flow and CRM updates; debrief after events.
• Review outcomes with leadership and refine staffing and training for future events.
• Attend events as required, including evenings or weekends; travel as scheduled.
