Job summary

RFA, the IT and cybersecurity partner of choice for alternative investment and financial services firms, is seeking a founding-caliber BDR in New York to build our outbound motion from the ground up. You’ll run high-volume, multi-channel outreach to CFOs, COOs, and IT leaders at PE firms, hedge funds, banks and law firms, and turn conversations into booked meetings.

Work closely with AEs and sales leadership to craft messaging, refine playbooks, and scale the outbound motion as RFA accelerates

Responsibilities

• Run multichannel cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to decision-makers at PE firms, hedge funds, banks, and law firms
• Work the floor at industry conferences and events, starting conversations and turning them into booked meetings
• Research and build target account lists, and identify the right people and triggers to engage
• Help craft and refine the outbound playbook, including messaging, sequences, objection handling, and talk tracks
• Partner closely with AEs and sales leadership to hand off qualified opportunities and tighten the feedback loop
• Experiment constantly, measure what works, and help scale the outbound motion across RFA
