Hyphenate is hiring a Business Development Representative to build the outbound engine for the CFO office. You will own a market vertical, prospecting end to end, and setting up conversations with finance leaders at mid‑ to large‑sized companies in New York.

You will be on the path to an AE role, with coaching from senior leaders and a structured ramp. Expect a high‑energy team, daily dialing, and a focus on process excellence in outbound outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience outbound BDR or SDR with quota experience (6–24 months).
• Comfort calling finance leaders and managing multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn).
• Willingness to relocate to New York City and work from office five days a week.

Responsabilités

• Own a vertical and prospect end to end within a market segment.
• Conduct ~4 hours of cold calls daily to CFOs/Controllers/VPs of Finance.
• Book 12–15 qualified meetings monthly and hand off to AE with a brief.
• Respond to inbound requests in your segment the same day.
• Research ERP, close process, and related signals before dialing.
• Collaborate with AE on account plans and multi-threading.
