Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with merchants across North America. Plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels to drive GMV, revenue, and new user acquisition.

You will partner with Client Success, Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, Brand, Creative, and Legal to deliver impactful campaigns. Remote‑first with flexible in‑person opportunities across the US and Canada.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience developing plans and launching marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and coordinate the execution of full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across categories and channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support strategy and performance of assigned merchant partners to grow revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights.
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve execution and share learnings.
• Assist inbound RFP responses and develop marketing plans for prospective partners.
• Identify targets based on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Collaborate with media agency, growth, and brand teams on plans and briefs.
• Track partner marketing budgets and maintain the co‑marketing calendar.
