Affirm, Inc. seeks a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co-marketing initiatives with merchants across North America. You will plan and execute cross-channel campaigns to drive revenue growth, GMV, and new user acquisition.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver impactful programs across various retail sectors, from home to fashion. You will build merchant relationships, optimize campaigns, and leverage data-driven insights to improve iROAS and overall performance, while navigating

Formación

• 6+ years in partner or performance marketing.
• Experience working with partners to launch marketing programs across multiple media channels.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking tools and platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of full-funnel co-marketing campaigns across categories and channels.
• Build and nurture day-to-day marketing relationships with merchant partners.
• Support marketing strategy and campaign performance to grow revenue and GMV.
• Execute and optimize marketing solutions across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights.
