Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Partner Marketing Lead to coordinate co‑marketing initiatives with merchant partners across North America.

You will plan and execute cross‑channel campaigns across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate, and emerging channels to drive revenue, GMV, and new user acquisition. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful campaigns across home, electronics, fashion, and omnichannel retail.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in partner, performance, affiliate, or product marketing.
• Experience with CPA, CPC, CPL, and CPM models.
• Understanding of affiliate tracking models, tools, and platforms.
• Analytical and data‑driven with a focus on performance metrics.
• Commercial mindset to grow partner investment and drive revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute full‑funnel co‑marketing campaigns across onsite, offsite, and affiliate channels.
• Build and nurture day‑to‑day marketing relationships with merchant partners to improve performance.
• Support strategy and campaign performance to drive revenue, GMV and acquisition.
• Execute and optimize marketing programs across onsite marketplace placements, offsite media, affiliate and emerging channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and translate results into actionable insights to improve iROAS and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal teams to share learnings and streamline processes.
• Coordinate inbound RFPs and develop marketing plans for prospective partners.
• Identify campaign targets based on acquisition, engagement, and loan takeup.
• Collaborate with media agency and brand/creative teams on plans and briefs.
• Track budgets and maintain the co‑marketing calendar; ensure compliance.
• Leverage industry knowledge for vertical‑specific strategies.
