We are seeking a sales-focused professional to develop new prospects, maintain relationships, and drive revenue while ensuring timely delivery and high product quality. Experience in agriculture and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel are valued.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; in lieu of degree, 5+ years agriculture experience and high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' experience using standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the agriculture industry.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales and meet goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction including on-time delivery and product quality.
• Develop strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and resolve issues.
• Perform initial credit review of customers and assist Credit Manager with limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
