Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions is seeking a sales-oriented professional to develop new prospects and interact with growers to grow agricultural inputs sales while meeting profit margins. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction through reliable delivery and product quality.

You will consult with growers on agricultural issues, pursue strategies to expand proprietary product sales, and handle credit reviews and AR collections.

Qualifications

• University degree preferred; otherwise 5+ years agriculture experience.
• 2+ years' experience in agriculture industry and application of agricultural chemicals.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with growers to increase agricultural inputs sales and meet goals.
• Assure customer satisfaction through on-time delivery and product quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe actions to resolve issues.
• Perform initial credit review of customers and assist Credit Manager with credit limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
