Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, seeks an experienced sales professional to expand agricultural inputs sales with growers. You will manage relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to grow proprietary product sales.

Knowledge of the agriculture industry and strong MS Office skills are essential. The role emphasizes prospecting, credit risk awareness, and collaboration with Credit and operations teams to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in agriculture or B2B environment.
• Knowledge of agricultural products and services.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new prospects and interact with existing growers to increase agricultural inputs sales and meet goals.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with on-time delivery and product quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales of proprietary products.
• Consult with growers on agricultural issues and prescribe appropriate actions.
• Perform initial credit review to understand credit risk and assist Credit Manager with limits.
• Collect outstanding accounts receivable from customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
