Job summary

Brother USA is seeking a Senior Manager, CRM Commercial Application to guide the technical direction for development, design, and systems integration of multiple CRM platforms that support Marketing, Sales, and Service.

This role prepares solution designs, leads technical resources, and ensures secure, scalable Salesforce deployments while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related roles.
• Salesforce functional and configuration experience; translating and streamlining business processes within Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of business systems solutions from concept to stabilization.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications; present options and recommendations.
• Collaborate with marketing platforms (Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Design scalable end-user security models for the CRM application.
• Oversee Salesforce Sales/Service configurations and integrations.
• Mentor and train staff on system utilization.
• Research industry trends and communicate insights to decision-makers.
