Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on development.
• 2+ years leading or developing engineering teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep Salesforce knowledge including Apex, LWC, Flow Orchestration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud/Data Cloud.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external enterprise apps via middleware or cloud-native services (MuleSoft, Workato, APIs).
• Experience delivering tech solutions for high-volume Contact Center/Telesales, Marketing automation, or Outreach platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own technical vision and delivery across Brand, Marketing, Partnerships, CC-Sales, and Outreach.
• Oversee Salesforce Core Architecture for Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds.
• Lead development of microservices, APIs, and data integration pipelines.
• Architect high-volume CC-Sales workflows and omni-channel integrations.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Security, and Leadership to translate strategy into tech.
