Colgate-Palmolive, a global consumer products company, seeks a Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM Technical Architect to design, implement, and scale the sales technology stack. You will drive end-to-end architectural blueprints and oversee the Sales Cloud rollout across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in Sales Cloud/CRM, strong API/ERP integration experience, and a proven Agile delivery track record.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of working experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM platform.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain the architecture for the sales technology stack.
• Serve as the primary technical owner and system administrator for the CRM system, managing configurations, user profiles, security, custom objects, and workflows.
• Partner closely with Sales and Commercial leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, focusing on optimizing retail execution, route planning, and mobile order entry for field teams.
• Lead the technical integration of third-party category management tools and external data sources with core CRM and ERP platforms to provide a 360-degree view of retail customers, using SOAP/REST APIs and other connectors.
• Act as the highest level of escalation for complex technical issues within the sales tech ecosystem, ensuring minimal downtime for field personnel.
• Evaluate new sales technologies, manage technical vendor relationships, and ensure platforms are utilizing the latest features and best practices.
• Spearhead the deployment of AI tools and next-generation automation capabilities to optimize route planning, retail execution, and mobile order entry for field teams.
