Qualifications

• 6+ years in software engineering with hands-on dev fundamentals.
• 2+ years managing or developing software eng teams in Agile, cloud-first environments.
• Deep technical knowledge of Salesforce platform incl. Apex, LWC, Flow, Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering team of Salesforce and software engineers.
• Oversee Salesforce architecture, customization, and scalability across Cloud offerings.
• Drive API integrations, microservices, and data integration pipelines.
