Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to execute email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from a home-based setup. You will manage customer data, build segments, and analyze performance to improve the customer journey.

You will collaborate with Site and Sales teams, leverage ESPs and CDPs like Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, and apply AI-driven insights to personalize campaigns. A 1–3 year background in CRM marketing is ideal.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, with a focus on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms: ESPs and CDPs such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns using our CRM platform.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain and manage CRM segments and customer profile data for accurate targeting.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull reports, analyze performance, and surface key insights to optimize journeys.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and provide customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report on A/B and multivariate tests to inform strategy.
