Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a detail‑driven CRM Marketing Coordinator to manage email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns from a home office. You’ll segment audiences, pull performance reports, and help optimize the customer journey in collaboration with Site and Sales teams.

This salaried role pays $50,000–$63,000 per year and requires 1–3 years in CRM or data‑driven marketing, with knowledge of Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Residency in an eligible US state is required.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in CRM or data-driven marketing, focused on email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Understanding of how AI can be leveraged for content and audience segmentation.
• Basic customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to pull reports and surface key insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
• Foundational design knowledge and Canva experience is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: Create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns and manage assets and sends.
• Customer Data Management: Maintain CRM segments and profiles for accurate targeting.
• Reporting and Analysis: Pull and analyze campaign performance and trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and gain customer insights.
• Testing Agenda: Set up and report A/B and multivariate tests for optimization.
