Job summary

Custom Ink is seeking a CRM Marketing Coordinator to drive hands-on email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns. You will manage CRM segments and customer data to enable personalized messaging, and support campaign measurement by pulling reports and identifying trends.

You’ll partner with Site and Sales teams to draft creative briefs, conduct A/B testing, and improve CRM targeting. This remote, salaried role offers strong pay transparency and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years hands-on CRM or data-driven marketing with email, SMS, or Direct Mail.
• Familiarity with ESPs and CDPs: Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce.
• Understanding of AI for content generation, audience segmentation, and predictive analysis.
• Basic customer segmentation, personalization, and testing methodologies.
• Ability to pull reports and analyze data for insights.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience with Canva is a strong plus. Bachelor's in Marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Execution: create and deploy email, SMS, and Direct Mail campaigns using our CRM platform.
• Data Management: maintain CRM segments and customer profiles for targeted messaging.
• Reporting and Analysis: pull reports, analyze performance, surface key trends.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Site and Sales to draft creative briefs and insights.
• Testing Agenda: set up and report A/B and multi-variate tests.
