Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, in Ohio. The role involves caring for patients with CHF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis in a 24-bed unit with a 5:1 patient ratio and high-acuity monitoring with telemetry.

Shifts are 7a-7p and 7p-7a on a rotating schedule, with rotating weekends/holidays. Eligible RNs may receive a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and tuition/certification incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers within 90 days of hire.
• Current ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
