Job summary

MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) to support patients with HF, COPD, DKA, and sepsis. The role involves EKG interpretation, line care, advanced respiratory support, bedside procedures, and strong clinical judgment in a busy 24-bed unit.

Rotating shifts include 7a-7p and 7p-7a, with rotating weekends/holidays. Up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified RNs and $5,000 for new graduates.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (or a program seeking accreditation).
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• AHA BLS for healthcare provider certification, or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or obtained within 6 months of hire.
• BSN preferred.
