• Initiates and monitors mechanical and non-invasive ventilators and related care.
• Evaluates current therapies and recommends plans of care and education.
• Documents therapy results and communicates with care team.
• Performs blood sampling analysis and interprets critical values.
• Works independently across care areas and uses EMR interfaces effectively.
• Follows safety guidelines and completes annual proficiency evaluations.
