Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites and direct a 2-5 person crew, ensuring safety, efficiency and quality aligned with BrightView standards.

The role encompasses yard/vehicle preparation, service delivery on client sites, and ongoing communication with the Operations Manager to meet or exceed expectations. Strong leadership and landscape experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles with or without trailers.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to direct a 2-5 person crew.
• BrightView Equipment certifications or equivalent credentials.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and equipment for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks.
• Train and provide feedback to crew members.
• Log crew hours and maintain equipment records.
• Perform equipment maintenance and safety inspections.
• Participate in branch meetings and pursue efficiency improvements.
