Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites in the field. You will manage a 2-5 person crew, ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView's quality standards, and supervise maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color work.

You will communicate with the Operations Manager, train crew members, and help deliver exceptional service while maintaining safety and compliance on job sites.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising a crew of 2-5 at client sites.
• Experience with landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color programs.
• Must have a valid driver license and be able to drive BrightView vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager.
• Ensure equipment maintenance is performed and recorded.
• Provide feedback on crew performance and assist in training.
