Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Driver Crew Leader to manage field crews on client sites, directing 2–5 teammates and ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards. You will oversee crews across maintenance, installation, irrigation, and seasonal color projects.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks, securing equipment, coordinating with the Production Manager, logging time and equipment usage, and training crew members while maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is required.
• Experience leading a team in field activities is preferred.
• Experience on landscape crews or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily tasks and secure equipment.
• Safely operate vehicles and maintain a service schedule.
• Coordinate with Production Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Log crew time, equipment usage and maintenance cycles.
• Support in equipment maintenance such as washing, blades change, oil changes, and EDVIR on assigned vehicles.
