Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, directing a 2–5 member crew and ensuring tasks are completed safely and to BrightView’s quality standards.

You will supervise services across maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color, and chemical applications, while maintaining client satisfaction through strong leadership and service delivery.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications are required or preferred.
• Experience in a landscape-related field is required.
• Valid Driver License is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew members.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Communicate regularly with Operations Manager to align on client needs.
• Provide instruction and training to crew members to uphold BrightView standards.
• Log crew time and equipment usage accurately.
