Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, leading a 2–5 person crew to deliver safe, efficient service and BrightView quality. The role includes supervising maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with policies.
• Log crew time and equipment usage.
• Develop and train crew members.
