Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in the United States seeks a Crew Leader Driver to execute site tasks on BrightView client sites, directing 2-5 team members while ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to BrightView and client quality standards.

The role covers diverse service lines such as basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, while coordinating work with the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to operate vehicles with or without trailers.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and peers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while meeting schedules and expectations.
• Identify and escalate customer problems to the Operations Manager.
