Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Rental Credit Specialist to analyze credit worthiness across Rental, National Rental and FMG portfolios. The role delivers value-added analysis, recommendations, and risk-mitigating strategies to support sales growth.

You will review credit reports, financial statements, and documentation, determining proper credit lines and action plans while coordinating with loss prevention, collections, and sales teams to manage exposure.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years or more experience in commercial credit.
• Two (2) years or more experience in financial statement analysis preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or 3 years equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit requests for new customers and increased credit lines.
• Review credit reports, financial statements and Ryder history.
• Determine credit line and action plans to manage risk.
• Communicate with loss prevention, collections, sales and operations on high risk accounts.
• Verify critical documentation and ensure accuracy of security instruments.
