Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Rental Credit Specialist to analyze credit worthiness and risk for customers across Ryder's Rental, National Rental, and FMG groups. The role supports sales growth while mitigating risk and handling all product lines.

The position requires evaluating credit reports, financial statements, and Ryder history to determine credit lines and action plans, with close coordination to collections and operations when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting or 3 years equivalent business work experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze credit worthiness and risk for Ryder's Rental, National Rental and FMG customers.
• Review credit reports, financial statements and Ryder history to determine credit lines and action plans.
• Communicate with loss prevention, collections and sales on high risk accounts.
• Verify critical documentation and security (ACH amendments, deposits, ILOCs, guarantees).
• Assist with Credit Hold Mailbox and daily credit operations.
