Tricon Wear Solutions is seeking a Credit & Collections Specialist to manage accounts receivable and make credit decisions behind it. The role involves direct customer contact via phone, email, and customer AP portals to collect past-due invoices while preserving relationships built over decades.

This is an experienced individual contributor role with emphasis on ERP/credit processes, maintaining accurate records, analyzing credit risk, and supporting forecasted cash collections.

Qualifikationen

• Three or more years of B2B credit and collections experience.
• Comfortable making outbound collection calls and asking for payment.
• Track record resolving deductions, short-pays, and billing disputes independently.
• Proficient in an ERP accounts receivable module; experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, or OpenInvoice.
• Intermediate Excel—pivot tables, lookups, and reconciling large aging files.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Work a defined AR portfolio daily to reduce past-due balances and DSO.
• Call and email customers on past-due invoices; research payment status in portals.
• Document customer contacts and commitment dates in the ERP.
• Negotiate payment plans within authority; escalate broken commitments with recommendations.
• Process credit applications: pull reports, check references, recommend limits and terms.
• Manage credit holds and order releases with sales and customer service.
• Apply customer payments daily and resolve remittance mismatches.
• Back up AR invoicing and AP processing during month-end close.
