Job summary

You will provide credit recommendations to support sales growth while mitigating risk. The role requires reviewing credit reports, financial statements, and documenting action plans to manage exposure; collaboration with sales, collections, and operations is key.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, finance or accounting, or 3 years of equivalent work experience.
2+ years in commercial credit; 2+ years in financial statement analysis preferred.
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and create spreads; assess credit risks.
Strong verbal and written communication; highly organized and able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

Review credit requests for new customers and increased credit lines for existing customers.
Assist Lease analyst in initial review of lease assignments and preliminary credit review.
Review credit reports, company history, and financial statements.
Determine credit lines and action plans to reduce risk and manage exposure.
Notify stakeholders (loss, collections, sales, operations) of high-risk accounts.
Verify critical documentation and security from customers (ACH, deposits, guarantees).
Assist with Credit Hold Mailbox management and respond to emails.
