Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Credit Administrator to manage credit and collection activities for customers. This office-based role may allow up to one remote workday per week, with regular on-site collaboration and meetings to align department priorities.

The candidate should have 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a background in credit, collections, or financial analysis. A GED or high school diploma is required, with an Associate’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform credit checks on new customers.
• Review orders with credit issues and release for shipment when appropriate.
• Collect past-due receivables and manage collections efforts.
• Prepare and submit adjustments to Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain and update credit files.
