Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Finance & Credit Assistant to support AR, credit, and collection activities within the Finance Department. You will monitor aging, resolve disputes with customers, and assist with credit applications for the assigned territory.

The role requires 2+ years in credit/collections, strong Excel/Word skills, and attention to detail. Occasional travel and the ability to work independently are expected in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years relevant experience in credit/collections.
• Experience with accounts receivable and dispute resolution.
• Strong Excel and Word skills; internet proficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willing to travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the outstanding Accounts Receivable for assigned territories.
• Monitor aging reports and follow up on past due accounts.
• Work with customers and internal departments to resolve disputes.
• Process credit applications for assigned territory.
• Upload invoices into customer proprietary software.
• Submit finance requests and coordinate with lenders for approval.
• Ensure proper and timely filing of UCCs and UCC terminations.
• Obtain and forward appropriate insurance certificates to finance companies.
