Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a Credit Administrator to manage credit and collection activities for customers. This office-based role may allow up to one remote workday per week, with regular on-site collaboration and meetings to align department priorities.

The candidate should have 2+ years of related experience, strong communication skills, and a background in credit, collections, or financial analysis. A GED or high school diploma is required, with an Associate’s degree preferred.

The Credit Administrator will perform credit and collection activities as they relate to specific customers.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Perform credit checks on new customers.Perform credit reviews on existing customers as required.Review orders that have failed credit and take appropriate action so that the order can be released for shipment.Collect past due receivables.Prepare and submit adjustments to the Accounts Receivable.The Credit Administrator is an office-based role. Regular, predictable on-site attendance is required. Eligibility for up to one (1) remote workday per week may be permitted, subject to business needs and departmental guidelines.Perform core job responsibilities through regular in-person collaboration, including participation in meetings, team discussions, and cross-functional coordination.Collaborate with fellow team members and leadership in a shared work environment to support innovation and timely decision-making, problem-solving, and operational effectiveness.Maintain a consistent on-site presence to support and respond to day-to-day business needs, including attendance of scheduled meetings and real-time collaboration as needed to ensure alignment of department and company priorities.Meet regularly with manager in-person to align on workload, priorities, performance, and ongoing professional development.High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.Associates’ degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred.Two or more years of related experience required.Must have effective communication skills.Prior experience updating credit files preferred.Collections experience strongly preferred.Financial analysis skills a plus.Must have effective time management skills and the ability to set priorities.The hours for this position are 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.Company-paid background check, including credit check, required upon hire.
