You will work in a fast-paced call center, follow established procedures, and collaborate with supervisors on non-standard issues.

Training is provided, and you’ll develop product knowledge to deliver innovative solutions with empathy and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in phone or in-person customer service.
• Ability to multitask across multiple computer systems with accuracy.
• Empathy, composure and sound judgment for complex interactions.
• Willingness to learn products and processes and seek feedback for improvement.
• Proficient computer literacy and professional communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.
