Job summary

Favored, a dynamic video commerce company, is hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day, 1:1 management of our signed creator roster. You will manage relationships, match creators to brand campaigns, negotiate contracts, and ensure creators on the roster feel supported and set up to succeed.

You will report to the leader overseeing our creator network, thrive on relationship management, and operate in the fast-moving TikTok Shop ecosystem while building a career in the creator

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in influencer/creator management or related field
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and livestream commerce or quick learner
• Excellent written and verbal communication, professional and empathetic tone

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a roster of signed TikTok Shop creators
• Source, pitch, and sign new creators
• Match creators to brand campaigns based on niche, audience, and past performance
• Negotiate creator contracts and deal terms (paid partnerships, usage rights, commissions)
• Review contracts for red flags and escalate issues as needed
• Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and approvals between creators and brands
• Track campaign details, deal status, and payments in internal systems
• Proactively communicate deal updates and platform changes to creators
• Identify opportunities to grow creator relationships (new categories, live selling, higher-tier deals)
• Collaborate with brand partnerships, live production, and operations teams for smooth execution
• Stay fluent in TikTok Shop terminology to advise creators effectively
