Favored is hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day management of our signed creator roster. You will be the primary contact for creators, manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and match creators to brand campaigns.

About the Role

We're hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day, 1:1 management of our signed creator roster. This person will be the primary point of contact for our creators - managing relationships, matching creators to brand deals, negotiating contracts, and making sure every creator on the roster feels supported and set up to succeed. You'll report to the leader overseeing our full creator network.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives on relationship management, is comfortable operating in the fast-moving TikTok Shop ecosystem, and wants to build a career in the creator economy.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for a roster of signed TikTok Shop creators
• Source, pitch, and sign new creators
• Match creators to relevant brand campaigns based on their niche, audience, and past performance
• Negotiate creator contracts and deal terms (paid partnerships, whitelisting/dark posts, usage rights, affiliate commission structures)
• Review contracts for red flags and elevate items? (See below)
• Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and approvals between creators and brand partners
• Track and manage campaign details, deal status, and payments across our internal systems
• Proactively communicate with creators - deal updates, TikTok Shop policy changes, new opportunities, platform best practices
• Handle sensitive creator communications with professionalism and care (retention conversations, personal circumstances, disputes)
• Identify opportunities to grow existing creator relationships (new brand categories, live selling, higher-tier deals)
• Partner cross-functionally with brand partnerships, live production, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Stay fluent in TikTok Shop ecosystem terminology and mechanics (EC levels, GMV, TAP, Spark Ads, GMV Max) to advise creators effectively

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years of experience in influencer/creator management, talent management, or a related field (agency experience a plus)
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and/or livestream commerce (or a fast learner who can get up to speed quickly!)
• Excellent written and verbal communication - you can talk to a creator and a brand contact in the same tone: clear, professional, with empathy
• Comfort with contract terms and negotiation; detail-oriented enough to catch red flags
• Highly organized - able to manage dozens of active relationships and deals simultaneously without dropping details
• Able to navigate sensitive or emotional conversations with creators
• Self-starter who can operate with autonomy while still looping in leadership on key decisions
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Nice to Have

• Existing relationships with TikTok Shop creators or familiarity with the creator economy
• Background in social media, content creation, or e-commerce
• Bonus points if you're a TikTok Shop affiliate yourself - firsthand experience means you'll understand our creators' world from the inside

• The pay range for this role is: $75,000 - $86,000 USD per year

This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation we believe we would offer for this role at the time of this posting; the final offer will be determined by relevant factors such as qualifications, skills, and experience, and may result in compensation outside of this range.
