Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in influencer/creator management or related field.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or livestream commerce.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with professionals and creators.
• Comfort with contract terms and identifying red flags.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple relationships and deals.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for signed TikTok Shop creators.
• Source, pitch, and sign new creators and match to brand campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts and deal terms, including usage rights and commissions.
• Coordinate content timelines and approvals between creators and partners.
• Track deals, payments, and campaign details across internal systems.
• Communicate deal updates and opportunities to creators and teams.
