TikTok Entertainment is hiring a Creator Partnerships and Operations Manager to lead creator education, engagement, and program strategy within our Entertainment Creator ecosystem. You will build relationships with top creators, scale education programs, and oversee operations from vetting to onboarding and performance tracking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in media/entertainment/tech.
• Experience building relationships with creators, talent, or partners.

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale end-to-end creator education strategies focused on Entertainment Creator Support, equipping creators with knowledge, tools, and platform best practices.
• Build and manage relationships with Entertainment Creators to support content strategy and long-term engagement.
• Own creator program operations including vetting, onboarding, performance tracking, and data analysis.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creator Management, operations, and stakeholders to scale creator initiatives.
• Establish program measurement frameworks using data, roadmaps, and market insights to drive improvements.
• Track creator performance, platform trends, competitor activity, audience behavior and entertainment news to generate recommendations.
• Create reporting, research, and operational resources to support planning and day-to-day execution.
