Favored is a dynamic video commerce company focused on TikTok Shop and creator ecosystems. We seek a candidate for our Affiliate Operations Team to manage day-to-day campaigns, optimize performance, and strengthen relationships with creators in Los Angeles.

You will work with data-driven thinking, automate routine tasks, and leverage AI tools to speed up processes while maintaining strong communication with partners.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or operations.
• Proficient with data to inform decisions and optimize campaigns.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for creator relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with TikTok Shop is a big plus.
• Relevant experience with a company or agency is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of TikTok Shop campaigns and backend setup.
• Oversee operations within the Affiliate Center.
• Launch campaigns and track performance to hit opt-in targets.
• Support and optimize active campaigns to maximize performance and creator engagement.
• Grow the creator community through active engagement and outreach.
• Apply AI tools to improve speed and efficiency of tasks.
