Job summary

Favored is hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day management of our signed creator roster. You will be the primary contact for creators, manage relationships, negotiate contracts, and match creators to brand campaigns.

You’ll report to the leader overseeing our creator network and work from Los Angeles or New York with hybrid in-office flexibility. This high-ownership role thrives in a fast-moving TikTok Shop ecosystem, focusing on relationship development, contract review,

Qualifications

1-3+ years in influencer/creator management or related field.
Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, or livestream commerce.
Excellent written and verbal communication, professional and empathetic tone.

Responsibilities

Serve as the day-to-day contact for a roster of signed TikTok Shop creators.
Source, pitch, and sign new creators.
Match creators to brand campaigns based on niche, audience, and past performance.
Negotiate creator contracts and deal terms (paid partnerships, usage rights, commissions).
Coordinate content deliverables, timelines, and approvals between creators and brand partners.
Track campaign details, deal status, and payments.
Proactively communicate with creators on updates and opportunities.
Identify opportunities to grow creator relationships and deals.
Partner with brand partnerships, live production, and operations teams.
