Job summary

LTK is seeking a Creator Success Program Manager to partner with leadership to design scalable education and onboarding programs for creators. This remote, full-time role emphasizes education delivery across digital and in-person channels, with a focus on growth, platform adoption, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in creator success or related fields, strong presentation and project management skills, and a deep understanding of the creator economy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in creator success, education, program management, community building, influencer marketing, sales enablement, or related field.
• Experience building and scaling educational programs or communities.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills for audiences of varying sizes.
• Experience planning creator-facing events and large-scale educational programming.
• Proficiency with Google Slides/PowerPoint and Google Sheets/Excel to create training materials and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creator education programs including onboarding, accelerator initiatives, webinars, and scalable learning experiences.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and coaching to drive creator growth and platform adoption.
• Collaborate on creator programming for events and on curriculum development and onsite execution.
• Create polished presentations, educational resources, playbooks, dashboards, and enablement materials for creators and internal teams.
• Translate product updates and trends into actionable education for creators and internal stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve creator programs and experiences.
• Analyze feedback and performance to identify opportunities and measure impact.
• Manage multiple high-impact projects with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Travel as needed to support onboarding, events, and strategic initiatives.
