Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in creative project management or design operations.
• Experience in high-volume environments such as agencies, entertainment, or live events.
• Proven ability to lead with senior leaders, department heads, and brand stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day workflow, prioritization, scheduling, and delivery of creative projects across Design.
• Evaluate team bandwidth, assign projects, balance workload, and identify resourcing needs with leadership.
• Oversee assignments across internal designers and outside partners based on workload and skill.
• Coordinate with executive teams to align on needs, timelines, priorities, and delivery expectations.
• Lead intake, kickoff, planning, workback schedules, tasks, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure priority work including visuals and campaigns is scoped, staffed, and delivered on time.
• Maintain visibility into status, risks, dependencies, approvals, and resource constraints.
• Identify issues impacting timelines or quality and propose solutions to Design leadership.
• Manage workflow in Asana with tasks, due dates, dependencies, reporting, and hygiene.
